At Bloomeneur, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers directly to your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time & Delivery Date
When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. The earliest available delivery date is 7 business days from the date your order is placed, to allow us enough time to carefully prepare and ship your fresh flowers in perfect condition.
📅 Example: If you place your order on a Monday, the earliest available delivery date will be the following Wednesday (7 business days later).
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship across the contiguous United States via FedEx. All orders are shipped to arrive on your selected delivery date using the most appropriate FedEx service based on your location.

⚠️ Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all shipments are handled with priority to ensure your arrangement arrives fresh and on time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our current offers on the homepage.
Perishable Products Notice
Our flowers are living products. To protect their freshness:
- Open your package immediately upon arrival.
- Place flowers in water as soon as possible.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Bloomeneur is not responsible for product deterioration caused by delayed retrieval after a confirmed delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at fedex.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your flowers arrive damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bloomeneur.com with photos of the product. We will work quickly to make it right.
