How do i receive my flowers after my order?
Typically, we use FedEx international. We had very few issues with them in the past.
How can I know the status of my order?
Once your order has left the farm and in transit, we will send you the tracking number for status updates.
What if my flowers arrive with quality issues?
We stand by our product and if for any reason you receive bad flowers we will refund immediately. All we ask is you submit your claim within 24 hours accompanied with pictures of flower, and box labels.
Am I able to order specific varieties of flowers?
Usually we allow farms to choose the freshest flower varieties they have available to send. However, in the instance you are looking for certain colors we can make certain exceptions.
How can I make flower arrangements to sell without any floral experience?
We offer many flower options that require very little arranging. We also will be posting “how to” videos on our site to help with those the more intricate designs.
What type of supplies will I need in order to process my flowers once they arrive?
Typically, you can get most of your supplies from your neighborhood hardware store. You will need buckets to put your flowers in, as well as stems cutters.
What is the time frame from when I order to when I receive my flowers?
We prefer you give is 7 days. This allow ample time for our farms to cut your flowers fresh.
