You will receive a tracking number for status updates once your order has left the farm and begins its journey to your doorstep.

What if my flowers arrive with quality issues?

We stand by our product. If for any reason you receive flowers in poor condition, we will issue a refund immediately. Please submit your claim within 24 hours accompanied by photos of the flower(s) and box labels.

We typically allow the farms to choose the freshest flower varieties they have available. In certain circumstances, we can make exceptions if you are looking for particular colors or varieties.

How can I make flower arrangements to sell without any floral experience?

We offer many flower varieties that require very little arranging. As a Bloomeneur, you will also have access to several tutorial videos for help with more intricate designs.

What additional floral supplies will I need?

You will need clean buckets to place your flowers in, as well as quality stem cutters. You can find most of these supplies from your neighborhood hardware store.
